Are these tools really free?+
The Lead Calculator and Full Growth Plan are completely free — no email required for the calculator, and no payment gate for the growth plan. The Marketing Maturity Assessment has two tiers: a Quick Scan at $15 and a Deep Scan + Growth Plan at $30. The paid tiers include AI-powered research across 30 best-practice checkpoints specific to MSPs or tech vendors. All tools give you a real, actionable result — not a teaser to schedule a call.
Do I have to hire Marketopia after using these tools?+
Absolutely not. These tools are yours to use however you want. At the end, you'll have a plan you can execute yourself, hand to your existing marketing vendor, or use as a benchmark when evaluating any partner — including Marketopia. If you'd like to talk through your results with one of our consultants, that option is available. But there is zero obligation and zero sales pressure built into the tools.

The calculator, growth plan, and marketing assessment all have an MSP mode and a vendor/channel mode. If you're a B2B tech company selling direct rather than through MSPs, the tools still work but the defaults and benchmarks are tuned for the channel.
How long does each tool take?+
The Lead Calculator takes about 60 seconds — you enter your revenue goal, average client value, and close rate and it computes your required monthly lead volume instantly. The Full Growth Plan takes 5–8 minutes to fill in the inputs; results are shown immediately after submission. The Marketing Assessment takes about 5 minutes of input; the AI scan then runs in the background and emails your results within a few minutes.
Is my data private? Will Marketopia use it to market to me?+
Your data is used only to generate your plan. We do not sell or share your inputs with third parties. If you provide an email address (required for the Marketing Assessment, optional for the Growth Plan), Marketopia may send you your results and occasional relevant content. You can opt out at any time. We will never cold-call you based on your tool inputs, and we will not use your revenue numbers or business details for anything other than delivering your results.
