What does the Data Health Report check?+
Three things that quietly kill marketing performance: email health (how many addresses are dead, risky, or catch-all), duplicate contacts (how many records are the same person twice), and completeness (missing emails and phone numbers). You get a letter grade, the headline numbers on screen, and a branded PDF by email.
Is my contact data safe?+
Yes. The upload happens over an encrypted connection, the data is used only to generate your report, and we delete the raw contact records right after the PDF is generated — only aggregate statistics (counts and the grade) are kept. Nothing is sold, shared, or added to any marketing list.
Why do you need my work email?+
The free report is one per company, and the PDF is delivered by email — so we verify a company inbox before anything runs. Personal addresses (gmail, yahoo, etc.) can’t claim a company’s free report.
What file do I upload?+
A CSV export of contacts from any CRM or email tool — HubSpot, Salesforce, Outlook, Mailchimp, your PSA, anything that exports CSV. We auto-detect the email, phone, name, and company columns and show you the mapping before anything is submitted. Up to 25,000 rows.
How is the email health measured without sending anything?+
We run standards-based validation — syntax, domain and mail-server checks, plus mailbox-level verification on a statistically sized sample of your list. No email is ever sent to your contacts.
What happens after the report?+
That’s up to you. Many companies use the grade to justify a clean-up project. If you want it done for you, our CLEAN service fixes exactly what the report found — validated emails, merged duplicates, filled gaps. The report email includes a link to book a free data review.
